You received an incorrect item
The product has a verified manufacturing defect
You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Conditions for returns
The product must be unused and in its original condition
Original packaging should be retained whenever possible
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Our team may request photos of the product before approving the return
Non-returnable items
Customized or made-to-order furniture
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Products returned without prior approval
Refund policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
Replacement & exchange
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost after verification.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost
For returns requested for other reasons, shipping charges may apply
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Any damage, missing parts, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
